METHODS

I work in a solution- and resource-oriented way that includes both dialogue and bodywork. We start by clarifying your aim for our collaboration, which serves as a red tread. This initial step can already provide clarity that may provide an impulse for change.

We then explore resources, competencies and experiences that allow moving towards your desired direction, as well as elements that prevent this. Body awareness and feedback are important here. After all, much of what we experience does not happen just at the cognitive level. Most of us are familiar with the feelings of butterflies in the stomach or a throat that tightens. This is important feedback about what we are experiencing and what is going on inside of us.

As soon as we become aware of what is going on in our body, we can gain access to our perceived inner worlds. Once we are able to experience feelings and emotions in a differentiated way, we are in the position that we can deal with them in an appropriate and suitable way. Empowering feelings and experiences are highlighted, and those that used to pull us down can be explored as opportunities for growth.
