ELS KINABLE
Originally from Belgium, I grew up in The Netherlands. I have made experiences in various areas in multiple countries, including The Netherlands, India, the USA, and Indonesia and since 2013 in Switzerland. This variety showed me, how we all are unique and construct our own reality, whilst still having so much in common. The search for purpose and meaning within and outside of oneself, as well as how to deal with different situations and events inspire me greatly.
In my therapeutic work, I combine methods and techniques from both counseling and body therapy. I work with breathing therapy, mindfulness and incorporate elements from solution-oriented and systemic therapy and coaching.
Thanks to having two areas of work; I am also employed in the pharmaceutical industry, I am both emphatic and open, at the same time also grounded and pragmatic. It is my intention that experiences made in therapy can be transferred and integretated into everyday life.
